Venice Enterprises' platform is anchored by strategic partnerships with established fabrication, engineering, and manufacturing companies, extending our reach across the full scope of industrial project delivery.
Venice was built as a platform. Rather than limiting capability to a single facility or discipline, the Venice ecosystem extends reach into fabrication, engineering, manufacturing, and structured project delivery through operating partnerships with established companies. These are not referral arrangements, they are coordinated, co execution relationships with documented capacity, certified quality systems, and alignment around client facing standards.
Strategic fabrication partner on the Northeast Mexican Gulf Coast. 323,000 sq ft, certified, 4,000+ spools per month across all material types.
Houston based engineering and fabrication partner. 20+ years in midstream oil & gas, MBE and HUB certified, 50,000 sq ft in Northwoods Industrial Park.
Joint venture delivery vehicle combining fabrication, workforce, and project management from across the Venice ecosystem into a unified structured delivery model.
Steelgo operates a large scale pipe spool fabrication facility on the Northeast Mexican Gulf Coast, approximately 300 miles south of Texas, with direct access to 11 shipping lines serving Gulf Coast ports. The facility encompasses 323,000 square feet of production space and is delivering 4,000+ pipe spools per month across carbon steel, chrome moly, stainless steel, duplex stainless, and jacketed pipe, at a capacity of 120,000 diametral inches per month.
Steelgo's production infrastructure includes seven automated welding stations, five axis CNC profiling, two X ray bunkers for in house radiographic inspection, furnace heat treatment capability, four enclosed blast rooms, and 150,000 square feet per month of coating capacity. The facility handles up to 11,500 tons of material annually, supporting the volume requirements of major energy and industrial projects.
Pennum Industries is a Houston based engineering and fabrication firm with more than 20 years of operating history in the midstream oil & gas sector. Headquartered in the Northwoods Industrial Park, Pennum occupies 50,000 square feet of fabrication space and holds a Texas P.E. Firm License, enabling full in house engineering capability. Pennum is a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) through the City of Houston and a certified HUB (Historically Underutilized Business) through the State of Texas.
Pennum's project scope spans production and injection facilities, subsea equipment, measurement and metering systems, pipeline facilities, and complex skid packages for offshore and onshore applications. Their turnkey execution model integrates engineering, procurement, fabrication, and commissioning support, making them a high value partner for projects requiring documented engineering rigor alongside fabrication execution.
PSV Industries, LLC is a Texas based industrial fabrication and construction services company formed as a joint venture between Grupo Steelgo S.A. de C.V. (51%), Pennum, Inc. (24.5%), and Venice Enterprises, Inc. (24.5%). Founded in 2026, PSV was established to provide specialized industrial engineering, construction, fabrication, modularization, field installation, and maintenance services to Energy, LNG, Petrochemical, Refining, Data Center, and Midstream Infrastructure projects, with a primary focus on the U.S. Gulf Coast.
A core strategic focus of PSV's operations is modular fabrication, specifically structural steel modules, pre fabricated process modules, and modular skid assembly. PSV is managed by three Managing Directors: Mario Gonzalez Sanchez (Steelgo), Lucious Barnum (Pennum), and Medardo Martinez (Venice). By Year 5, PSV targets $30 to $35 million in annual revenue supporting 100 to 140 total employees.

A comparative view of the capacity and expertise our strategic partnerships bring to the Venice platform.
Venice evaluates every partnership on operational credibility, documented production capacity, and alignment with client quality standards. Partners are not selected for proximity or convenience, they are selected because they can deliver, repeatedly, at the quality and volume that industrial projects demand. The result is a coordination and co execution model where Venice functions as the integrator and each partner contributes documented, auditable capability to a unified project outcome.
