Venice Enterprises was founded in Houston in 2010 as a family owned and operated company with a clear focus on the energy, oil & gas, renewable, and chemical sectors, industries that demand precision, reliability, and cross functional operational depth.

What began as a consulting and project services firm has evolved into a fully integrated industrial platform. Over more than a decade, Venice built the working relationships, processes, and partnerships necessary to coordinate fabrication, workforce deployment, field logistics, and cross border regulatory navigation under a single operating structure. That evolution reflects the demands of clients who require more than a vendor, they require a capable delivery partner.

Today, under the leadership of CEO Medardo "Mike" Martinez, Venice maintains active working relationships with major EPC firms including Kiewit, Bay Ltd, PPE, IDOM, and Technical America. Venice operates through strategic partnerships with Steelgo and Pennum Industries, and has supported over 1,000 employees across its projects with zero reported accidents. Over a decade of consistent delivery across energy, infrastructure, and manufacturing projects defines the Venice track record.

Cross Border Operations

Built out U.S.-Mexico corridor operational infrastructure, regulatory frameworks, logistics networks, and workforce deployment systems for binational project execution.

Strategic Partnerships

Formalized fabrication and engineering partnerships, integrating Steelgo's pipe spool fabrication and Pennum Industries' midstream and offshore engineering capabilities into the Venice platform.

2022

Platform Evolution

Expanded the operating model into integrated industrial project delivery, combining project management, fabrication access, workforce mobilization, and logistics under a unified structure.

PSV Joint Venture

Launched the PSV joint venture, a structured project execution platform combining Venice's operational capabilities with fabrication and engineering partners for large scale industrial delivery.
